[SOLVED] ram overclock

Hello guys, i' m hoping someone could help me fix the following problem:
my ram memory (DDR4 24000) is running only at frequency of 1197.1Mhz according to CPU-Z
pc spec: ryzen 3-1200, ASRock AB350M pro4 motherboard (updated bios to the latest version)

I know that xmp would solve this problem but my bios doesnt show the option to use it, to me for reasons unknown, i also know i could manually set ram speed but i feel like im lacking ram information

maybe the problem is that this ram stick manufacturer is not listen in supported ram list on motherboard specs?

only at frequency of 1197.1Mh

DDR means double data rate.
CPU-Z is probably showing the correct speed - 1197 x 2 (double) = 2394 (or 2400)

In other words, your RAM is running at 2400, as it is double data rate of 1200.

Ah thanks i was pretty sure something was wrong, sorry for stupid question in this case
