MB: MSI B450M-A PRO MAX
RAM: 2xKingston HyperX Fury DDR4 3200Mhz
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Hello, so I checked in the BIOS and it showed that my RAM is running at 2400MHz, so I turned on A-XMP on Profile 1 which shows as 3200MHz and restarted and checked again but it still showed 2400MHz, then I went in advanced mode and in overcklocking settings and there is an option to set your RAM frequency, so I set it at 3200 and now it does show 3200. My question is will this put more stress on the RAM/MB sort of like an overclocked CPU would. Thank you in advance any help will be appreciated.
