Question Ram performing way below expectation

I recently purchased new ram (Corsair Vengeance LP 2 x 8gb ddr3) and replaced my other two sticks as it was suggested. Here is a link to my benchmark

I have some knowledge of pc's but not too much


p.s: I know my CPU is bottle necking my GPU, planning to get an i5 8400

Do you know a way to do this? Maybe in BIOS or is there software that is specialized in this?

You can change ram settings in BIOS.
But be carefull with those. With wrong settings your system will not boot anymore and you may have to reset BIOS settings with onboard jumper.

Change your RAM frequency in the bios.

You can set this to manual or DOCP.

If you choose [Manual]
You can enter memory frequency manually. [DDR-1600MHz]
Manually set DRAM Timing Control
9-9-9-24 - First number is CAS# Latency followed by next three.

If you choose DOCP, the CPU settings may also be overclocked in addition to memory parameters being set to rated speeds.
