RAM Problem. Computer reservates 4 GB / 8 GB for BIOS and other similar hardware.

My computer reservates 4 GB of my 8 GB of RAM to BIOS and other similar hardware. What shall I do to fix this the easiest way? I do not want to reinstall my computer, so other solutions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Windows 7 Ultimate (64 Bit)
8 GB DDR3 Memory
AMD Quad Core Processor A6-3420M
AMD Radeon HD 6520G + 7670M with 1GB Dedicated VRAM
1 TB Harddrive
