Hi

Assuming you fed the motherboard model into crucial's system and it recommended them, then there is ( or used to be ) a money back guarantee

I would reset the CMOS using motherboard jumper ( follow user guide instructions re removing mains power etc)

Then remove both old ram, insert 1 new ram in correct slot again read user guide
See what happens .
If it works insert second ram again in correct slot
Then check bios setting correct after reset eg date time etc

First i tried 2 rams from crucial it didnt worked i even switched positions and nothin.
Second i tried 2 of my older rams it worked.
Third im too scared that i break something. But i will try the 1 tomorrow and post reply. And if it wont work then what do i do next just in case. I really want to have 2x4 gb rams otherwise i lost my money. Currently i have on my old rams thats 2x2 from kingstone.
