Ram problem need help

Hello guys. I have problem that i should solve. I want to upgrade my memory on my http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P6T_SE/ motherboard. Now i have 3 x 2gb 3channel 1600mhz rams inside. My question is, do i have to buy another 3channel kit or can i just put one 4gb stick ?

To upgrade, best to get a 3x4GB set, there's no guarantees adding DRAM to the existing DRAM will even play together, if it doesn't then you can be paying return postage, RMA/restocking fees etc
