Ram problem on DIMM slot 1

My rig :
Mobo: Medion ms 7728 from an OEM pc
CPU: i5 2320
PSU:550W
GPU: Gtx 750ti 2gb
Hdd:820 gb (500+320)
Ram: ddr 3 , 1333mhz un buffered 4gb x2
So my problem is the next . If i put my ram stick in the slot near the cpu it wont even boot , everything is turing on (the fan.on cpu , gpu and psu ) but no boot . If u put it in slot 2 no problem . I tested both sticks in slot no 2 and i had no problem . What can i do ? I run the last bios from the medion site (2011 version )

You can try different RAM. If that also does not work, your RAM slot is bad.

Yes , but why my dimm 2 slot works ? It just enter in a boot loop when i put the ram on the first one . And it dosent make any beep . I will change the ram sticks anyway
