Ram problem on P5kpl

hi
I have a p5kpl am se with e5700 cpu , hd 5450 , 2*2gb ddr2 rams and 2 sata hdd's
my problem is that bios and windows7 (64bit) recognize 3 gb of ram (CPU-z recognizes 4gb)

what have I tried so far:

updated bios
reset bios
swapped ram modules
tried with one ram (2 gb can be recognized in both slots)
tried a 1gb module aside one 2 gb (win and bios recognize 2 gb, CPU-z 3gb)
cleaned ram slots and CPU socket and inspected all for possible defects
changed memory remap option from bios multiple times.
changed CPU to Pentium 641
none of them seem to work.

please help me.

- Allows you to select the amount of system memory used by the Internal graphics device.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled, 1MB] [Enabled, 8MB]
