RAM Problem PC

I got this weird problem for like 1 week or so... Whenever I enter a game, my starts to use 100% of my RAM (I got 16GB) and as soon as leave the game and go back to the desktop it immediately jumps back to like 4GB /20-25% of usage...

Another weird thing is that in my task manager where it says MEMORY I got 12GB and then on the other side it says 16GB...

I hope that you can help me.... This is driving me crazy!

possibly you do have 16gb ram install with 4gb being reserved making 12 available to the os?
