[SOLVED] RAM Problem pls help

When i changed ram from 3200 to 4000 my pc in gaming loading screens sometimes crashing and the pc restart it self. I tried with xmp I and xmp II the same
Cpu 9700k 4.9
Mobo z390 f gaming
2x8 g skill
And sry for my English

Do you have the newest BIOS flashed ?
If not I would do that:

Also is your exact model RAM kit listed here:

If not you may need to run it at a lower speed.

Also make sure the RAM is installed in the slots recommended (A2 and B2) on page 1-5 of your Manual:
