I've got 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz RAM (2x4), i need 16GB now, if I buy another 8GB (2x4) (so 4x4) the ram can use our 3000MHz "natural speed" on this montherboard even if I'm using the 4x4 "combo"?

Solution
No, i'm pretty sure the B350 mobo is limited to 2666 with 4 dimms.

plus you have to factor in comparability. You may have issues. I'd suggest buying a 2 x 8gb matched kit and selling your current dimms to offset the cost.
Considering 3000MHz is an overclock there is not gauruntee it will run at that speed. Also, since the memory did not come in a kit, that is also not gaurunteed to run together.

Even when you buy a full kit, it may not run at the rated speed. Memory/silicon is fallable.

You could give it a try. I've combined exact same RAM bought seperately and it has worked for me on Intel systems. But I've also bought kits that didn't run at the rated (Overclocked) speed. So, it's hit or miss.

see madmatts answer. That's exactly it. Limitations of the hardware. You could possibly get it to run slightly faster, but it's doubtful.

Ive been running 2 sticks of dual sided 8gb at 2933 since release (when it should according to specs only run at 2666)

Essentially 4 sticks of single sided is 'in theory' the same scenario.

Id be happy just gettings 2 pairs of unmatched sticks running , a little happier if they run at 2666, very happy if they run at 2933.

None of those results are actually guaranteed though.
