Question Ram problem

Hey guys

Recently i upgraded my laptop with 16 gb of ram the machine allready got 8 gb soldered to the board they are both running in dual channel according from cpu z

My problem now is when i 'am gaming the fps are really bad is this because of the 16 gb module not working well with the 8g soldered ram ?

Laptop specs
  • CPU: 2.2GHz Intel Core i7-8750H
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q (8GB GDDR6 VRAM); Intel UHD Graphics 630.
  • RAM: 16GB DDR4 (2,666MHz)

500 GB SSD will make that scream - I got mushkin
or even a 5400 i5. I didn't need to reboot my 17 for 20 some days
but the battery is horrible - not half my phone - the tab has the best power but I cant even get microsoft word running on it
