Hi everybody!

Good evening! I have a problem using only 3.92 out of 8GB! Then I searched the task manager for what is "reserved for the hardware", and then I see that it uses 4615mb, which says a lot! Here is my computer
I searched all day but couldn't find anything that would have helped! What could be the problem?

Motherboard: A320M-DGS
Video Card: RX 570 4GB RED DEVIL
RAM: 8GB 2400mhz (Of which only 3.92 can be used, idk WHY! )
Processor: Ryzen 5 1600

I also updated the BIOS but it didn't help either! I don't know what to do anymore, so I turned to you

one or two sticks?

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the problem. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.
Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it
