Ram problem

i m having problem during inserting my to rams
the computer shows blue screen error and get restarted
but while using single ram it works fine.
pls tell me how i can come out of it
i wanna use my both rams

More than likely your other stick of ram is bad or not inserted correctly. Make sure it is seated properly and level with the motherboard.

As mentioned, make sure RAM is correctly seated.

Also, RAM should be inserted in the SAME colored slots.

Have you tried the other RAM stick by itself?

If it boots, then you may have an issue with one of your RAM slots.

If it doesn't boot, then you may have an issue with that RAM stick.

both sticks work properly when anyone of them is inserted
but problem is shown by computer when both of them inserted...
