Which motherboard and cpu?

Its an old askrock ine and the cpu is amd im not sure which one as i cant boot up the pc and i didnt build it

For which motherboard could you look at the pcb,it should show which motherboard somewhere.

Why do you think it's the ram anyway?

Do you have a diagnostics card to find the problem, or are you certain it is definitely the ram?
