is your RAM in dual channel mode? single channel mode will curtail performance compared to others in dual channel.
cpu-z can tell you if its running in dual channel mode. the memory tab.
you can also check the BIOS settings for dual channel, ganged memory or other memory settings.
the XMP settings are in the BIOS as well.

My bad, If you google the ram model number it comes up as a single stick.

Still, it seems to be performing as a single channel performance-wise.

Which slots on your motherboard are you using?

According to CPU-Z its in dual channel mode. The slots I am using are the ones that the motherboard manual suggests.
