Question RAM Question

Evening all,

I've just received my 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz sticks for my asus strix b250h board which currently has 2 x 4GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 2133mhz

Me being a dummy didn't realise my board only support 2400mhz ( I think!? )

Can I still run these 4 sticks together even though the 3200mhz gets put to 2133mhz due to the older sticks?!

I'm pretty sure my booting is a lot slower now I've installed them..... could be a coincidence though!

Any help is much appricated!

RAM usually does not like running with other RAM of different frequencies. You can, but that doesn't mean that you should. Could you trade the RAM to find another set with the same frequency?
