[SOLVED] Ram question

Hi I am new here I recently purchased a skytech chronos gaming pc with a 3070 ti. Everything works great it's great but it only has 16gb ram(had no rgb) so I wanted to upgrade from that to 32gb of ram corsair vengeance rgb pro I tried it and the pc started up instantly shut down then restarted by it self and the rgb on the ram worked but no video appeared on my monitor. This model pc uses rgbfusion 2.0 if that helps. If anyone has any suggestions I would gladly appreciate it.

find the motherboard make & model and check the motherboard manufacturer's memory QVL located on their product support page.
if the new memory kit is not listed then it is not compatible.
