RAM questions and timings

Ok first i want to know what my timings are (i have a rough idea from cpuz and AMD overdrive) but i also want to know if they are at the timings they are stated to perform att (8-8-8-24). And will changing the timings to 7-7-7-24 make a noticeable performance increase?

P.S: 8 gigs of OCZ Gold amd edition ddr3 1600 @ 1333
AMD phenom ii x4 be 955
MSI 790fx GD70

No "rough idea" - CPUZ is reporting your RAM timing as 8-9-9-20. That's close enough to 8-8-8-24 that the difference is virtually undetectable.

And will changing the timings to 7-7-7-24 make a noticeable performance increase?

No.

You can change the timings in the BIOS. RTFM. All the information should be in the motherboard manual.
