Hey guys. Im back with another concern. I have 4GB of DDR3 G. Skill Ripjaw 1333 ram. On window7 x64 OS. But when i right click my computer>properties the ram shows up as

RAM: 4GB (3.75 usable)

Why does it not read the full 4GB am running and 64bit OS? Have i done anything wrong?

no that is entirely normal dont worry about it, it means that windows 7 is using up .25 Gb or 250 Mb of RAM. That is entirely normal.

ares1214 Thank you I had a feel that was it but I am a newbie to this wonderful world of tech. Build my first computer.

CPU- AMD AthlonII x4 620 (learning how to overclock it)
Mobo- Asus M4A785TD-V EVO
RAM- 4GB G. Skill Ripjaw DDR3 1333
PSU- OCZ Modxstream 600watts
Case- Antec 300
OLD PARTS
DVD Drive- LG DVD+RW DL (IDE)
HDD- Western Digital 120GD 7500rpm 8mb

Getting in future:
GPU- Readeon HD 5870
SSD- Kingston
2 fans for the front of the case

Oh one other thing the tools that come with the modo. cd like turbo V and cool n' quite and etc. do i need to install them? are there anyother programs that do the same thing better that i should get? and do i have to have them start up when i boot my computer?

if you install them then i think you can control fans and leds and stuff like that. that is a very good build and i don't think you really need to do anymore :)
