[SOLVED] Ram reserved issue

Anyone has any idea on this issue ? I have 2 slot ram plugged in and looks like one of the ram is reserved for some reason

FX6300
MSI 7641 Ver 3.0 Motherboard
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
2x4gb DDR3 (1 x 1886mhz Hyper x 4gb) (1 x 1600mhz Kingston high value ram)
Msi GTX 750TI
Cooler Master RS550 (PSU)

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the error.

Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

sometimes resetting bios can fix it.

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool
