i don't why it does it, but it happen after i plug my new CPU in

Spec.
ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer
Gigabyte Geforce GTX970
AMD FX-8350 Black
Kingston HyperBeast 16Gb 1600Mhz

Can you guys help me? Need more info just ask

That is normal for windows.
It is not a problem.
Windows will usually reserve 4 gig or more for the video card. And depending on how much you have installed another 4 gig or more for itself.
The ram is useable if needed for other programs. Windows just likes to reserve large chunks instead of smaller fragmented sections of ram to make things faster.

yeah but i don't understand that i produce more FPS in for expample League of Legends, i only have like 35-55, with my specs i should say that should not happen.

Yes, this is not normal - what OS version do you have i.e. the Win7 64 Home Basic only allows for 8GB total, might be a problem with the mobo, MC, etc......what model # of your DRAM, what CPU cooler are you using, any OC on the CPU?

Depending on game settings you could run into a problem.

It appears that in certain situations the memory usage on the card can cause massive slow downs when using high resolution texture packs or large amounts of AA or AF.
The memory is fragmented on the card and when you exceed the first 1.75 MB of cache or3.75 gigs of memory things tend to get real slow.

Win7 64 Home, but it was the same problem when i had 8 gb ram
DDR3 SDRAM
no total new CPU

No, it's not normal at all.

@OP: 8GiB hardware reserved indicates a faulty DIMM

Provided you have the black plastic socket cover you can still send the board back, whether or not you have used it. I would suggest you get in touch with AsRock, remember if you replace your motherboard due to a defect them Microsoft will usually allow you to keep your current version of windows

Okay i will contact them :)
