RAM running at 1064 MHz?

Speccy and CPUZ detected only about 1064 MHz of RAM, is this even possible since I'm using DDR4 and 8GB?

Its running at ddr4 2133 speeds. Which is the default speed for some platforms.
DDR= Double Data Rate so its actual clock speed is half of if effective data rate. So DDR4 2133 will have a clock speed around 1066(give ot take a couple mhz).
