Specs:
Motherboard: Z390 Aorus Pro (f12k latest version)
CPU: I9 9900k 4.9ghz/1.35
RAM: Klevv Bolt X (16gb x 2) ddr4-3600mhz xmp 2.0 - 3600/1.35
GPU: RX 570 (boy the 3080 shortage sucks
Power supply: 1050w
As the title states my ram is running at 3466 despite being set to 3600. The problem is the same with XMP enabled which is also targeting 3600. The DRAM voltage is manually set to 1.35 but my RAM only runs at 3466 (1733).
The ram does work at 3500mhz.
I've not tried playing with any voltage other than dram voltage - upping to 1.4 did not resolve the problem. I also set the official recommended timings manually to no avail.https://www.klevv.com/ken/products_details/memory/Klevv_BoltX
My mother board doesn't seem to have a preference when it comes to ram slots - i've tried both 1/3 and 2/4 and the problem persists. https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_z390-aorus-pro_wifi_1001_190708_e.pdf

Thanks for any assistance you can provide and I'll be happy to provide additional info as well.
