Ram running at 82%

Hello, I have a virus attached to svchost.exe and it is using most of my ram. I have done the following, malewarebytes antivirus scan, super-anti spyware scan, and TFC scan and esset online scan. Does anybody have any ideas? Thx

Download this advanced process monitor. It shows more info than task manager, and you may see the subtask running under svchost.

All services running under scvhost.exe were microsoft services and adobe acrobat reader services. but not well versed in process monitor software, is there something i am missing?

Do you see the resource that is using high CPU Cycles ?
Double click the box (to left of svchost) for example for the resource to see details.
