Question Ram running at slow frequency(1067Mhz) on Ryzen 5 1600

Hi there,
So recently I bought MSI RX 5700 Mech OS, and I saw very low fps with huge frame drops.
Later searching for the issue found out that my ram is running slow at 1067Mhz (HyperX).

Can it the reason for frame drops?
I tried selecting 2166 in motherboard but it got stuck in boot loop.

Is there any thing I can do to fixed this?

1067 is right. 1067 x2 (dual data rate) = 2133mhz
3200 runs at 1600
1600 runs at 800
2133 runs at 1067

Yes, you can but i wont suggest you overclocking it.

assuming the default clock for the RAM is 2133 overclocking a little, say to 2400 or 2600 should be no problem.
double the clock to 4266 like you had is way way way too much
