Question ram runs at 2400mhz but its a 3000mhz

so i builded my computer but after some months i saw my ram was running at only 2400mhz?
ram: Ballistix DDR4 Sport LT 2x8GB 3000 - [BLS2K8G4D30BESBK]
mobo: Asrock B450m pro4
cpu: r5 2600
gpu: 1660 super gigabyte
psu: 500w seasonic gold
i enabled xmp but my system still says 2400mhz please help....

Did you set XMP ?
