RAM sees only 534MHz instead of 1600MHz

My G-skill memory is DDR-1600, but when I open speccy I only see 534MHz instead of 1600?
How can I fix this?

you need to set your bios to DOCP in the mem AI OC pic profile 1 then your ram will run at 800mhz real clock 1600mhz effective
