I dunno why my ram is showing 4800 mhz in bios when it should be 6000 with xmp?

that means xmp overclock failed on your am5 platform as those sticks were tested on intel 600/700 platform, so it goes back to its native clock speed

you could try updating your bios, which could improve memory compatibility or try second xmp profile (if any), if that fails, manual overclock is your alternate option
