Question Ram Shows Detected But Windows OS Doesn't Use It. (FIXED)

So I have an 8 GB Ram Card and a different 4 GB Card. They have always worked together just fine but recently I noticed that now windows says there is only 4 GB usable of 12GB. I've tried to solve it but can not figure it out. In my BIOS and in HWwin it shows both cards but Windows only shows 4GB to be usable and I've tried many things but need help and suggestions.

I have already done that.
CPU: AMD FX 8350
GPU: Asus GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard:MSI 760GM-P34
The Ram Sticks are cheap sorta knock offs but they both have always worked fine together until recently.

But like I said they have both always worked fine. But it is the 8GB that is detected but not working.

Well It just randomly worked just kept switching the 8gb and trying to boot it by its self and it wouldn't but then I didn't it one last time and it booted up. I left the 4gb stick out for now but the 8GB is working again. Not sure what exactly I did tbh...
