Howdy!

Recently overhauled my PC with a new 750W power supply and a new graphics card, and to make the system more well rounded overall, I'd like to upgrade my RAM as well. I currently have two 2GB DDR3 sticks. Ideally I'd like to have two 4GB DDR3 sticks.

I'm curious as to how I can determine what will be compatible with my system, and also how to determine this for other systems in the future, as I am going into the IT field, and this will most likely come up at some point.

Alright, well I have a NVidia GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a I believe, having trouple finding much about it

That's the chipset. Which specific motherboard model is it?

How do I determine that?

Probably printed on the motherboard somewhere.

Okay, so I need 2 4GB DDR3 sticks that run at 1800MHz, 1600MHz, 1333MHz or 1066MHz. I assume 1800 is the best yes?

Everything else being equal, yes.
