Ram slot 1/2 doesn't work, only 3/4 works

I tried alternating single ram slots already but I don't know how to get it working. I'm currently running 4x4gb DDR4 Kingston HyperX fury 2133mhz ram slots. I don't know if it has something to do with bios setting or the latter which is the problem with the mobo. Does anyone have solutions? I have already tried going to 1 stick and changing bios setting to XMP and then slotting 4 ram but that doesnt seem to work either

Can you please pass on your full systems specs? Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? You can try and run memtest86 for each stick of ram for each slot on your motherboard(for 10 passes) to rule out either your ram, the slots or both in the process.

If you're yet within warranty then both could be RMA'd. On the flipside, have you tried running your ram kit with reduced frequency's like 1333MHz DDR3?
