  • reseated everything.
  • cleared cmos.
  • tried kits of ram but only one detects.
  • updated bios to F8 (latest; last time I checked).
  • tried changing memory speed to [13.33] & [16.00].

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

The image URL you've parsed is too small for a 1080p monitor. Please add a larger image.

As for your platform, can you take the processor over to a donor platform and see if the memory controller on your processor is the issue(whereby the same ram channel issue is shown on said donor system)? Are you mixing and matching ram sticks on that platform? inspect CPU socket for any bent or broken pins. Use a fine bristle brush to clean the slot that you think is faulty/the issue. Try another dual channel ram kit(if you're currently mixing and matching ram sticks).

Thank you!
Apologies, new here so regarding the picture still figuring out the settings but basically for the 2nd slot on bios just shows a dash line per timing instead of numbers and beside the dash line it shows the option [auto] and even changing that, saving it and going back to bios doesn't change it. (Link Above-better pictures)
  • Before reseating cpu checked and no bent pins (won't the pc not boot if there's any bent pins?). Also please elaborate more regarding "donor platform."
  • Not mixing rams (not a fan), always matching rams. Tried 3 kits already Kingston KVR 2x2gb (1333mhz), Crucial Ballistix Tactical 2x4gb (1600mhz), Kingston HyperX Blu 2x8gb (16000mhz).
  • Cleaned it already with small pc vacuum and compressed air.
