2 out of 4 ram slots are not working.I bought my asus b85 gamer pro motherboard 3 years ago.i had two 4 gb ddr3 rams so I only used two ram slots.but now those memory/Ram slots are not working properly whenever I turn on my computer I can see nothing in my monitor though my motherboard is working properly .Then I installed my ram into different slots ( these slots were not used before)and this time my pc started perfectly .Then I found out it was a memory slot problem.....but can anyone help me to fix ram slots or do i have to buy another motherboard if last two slots get damaged after 3 or 4 years maybe?

Thing is - I cannot give an answer that confirms if there is a malfunction of your mother board, maybe it is just picky on what slot you choose - and maybe 4x4GB ram really gives 16GB of working ram.
