Hello,
So i applied new thermal paste on my CPU. and i put so much of thermal paste and when i try to clean the TP(thermal paste) i saw the socket have a little ammount of TP so i try to clean it
I did <Mod Edit> up a bit and bent 2-3 of the connectors from the CPU socket as i was cleaning my PC. Tried to fix them as good as possible. When i was done installing the cooler and plugged in my PC, it gave me the rapid BIOS beeping indicating something is wrong with my RAM.
After some testing now, turns out the RAM slots the two closest to the CPU socket, are causing the problems.
and the other slot are good and run smothly
and now have some of TP on the socket in edge of the socket how i clean them ??
My setup is
Intel i7-8700k,
Adata 2x8GB Dual Channel 3200
Aorus z370 ultra gaming 2.0
Thanks for reading.
