Question Ram speed for I-5 13600K, I-7 13600K ?

Is this memory in the QVL for your motherboard? It's always reassuring to know your motherboard manufacturer has tested the RAM on their board.

Even then, there's no 100% cast iron guarantee you'll be able to overclock the RAM to 6,000MT/s on all mobos featuring it in their QVLs.

Some combinations of CPU, RAM and mobo can be awkward when overclocked with high XMP settings.

The supported 5600/3200 ram speeds are the speeds at which the motherboard will boot into bios where you can select a xmp profile to run at higher speeds(technically overclocking ram)
All ram will default to these speeds to allow you to boot into bios.
Unless you are depending on integrated graphics, Intel does not depend on fast ram for performance.
Some batch apps may be an exception.
