Ram speed for Ryzen ?

Right now I am on a very very tight budget and can only afford maximum of 8gb 2666 mhz ram and I plan on upgrading in a few months by adding in the same stick of ram .The problem is that this 8gb 2666mhz Kingston ram is a little hard to find in my local computer stores .So i was wondering if i should get a 8gb 2400mhz ram a they are much more easier to find .

My system : Ryzen 5 1600
GPU : R9 380

Also I am aware that Ryzen works better with higher ram speeds but right now i really cannot afford the 3000mhz or 3200mhz ram
So is 2400mhz sufficient for Ryzen ?

Ha, you again. 3000+ is preferred, and 2 separate sticks may or may not work, buy from same pack is safe bet... which country do you live in? is 1600 and R9 380 already purchased?

Yes but can I upgrade in the future by adding another one of those kits? And is that brand ok ? I have never really heard of it .
my motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3 .

same model may work, but not guaranteed, different batch may have slightly different timing... However, you can always sell and buy 2x8 later, ram price is only going up... Or if the shop has good return policy, worth trying. Geil is OK, not as good as G.Skill/Corsair etc., but for 2666 should be fine. checked some newegg reviews, that ram model seems fine.

Yeah lazada is quite a trusted website in Malaysia I have bought some stuff before . But why two sticks of ram instead of one stick 8gb
