Question Ram speed is too low

So I dowloaded CPU-Z to see if my RAM was running at the right speed and it shows it's running at 1700Mhz.

I have a Corsair Vengeance CMW16GX4M2C3600C18 kit which is supposed to go up to 3600MHz.

My motherboard is an MSI B450M GAMING PLUS which is supposed to accept up to 3466MHz. I went into the bios and activated A-XMP ans set the memory speed to 3466Mhz but it stills shows that it's 1700MHz when I'm in Windows.

What should I do to set the memory speed to 3466MHz or 3600MHz if possible?

1700mhz in CPU-Z means your ram is running at 3400mhz effective.
3466mhz is max supported on your motherboard. So you're not that far from it.
