RAM speed not working with dual-channel

I bought some ram 8x2 2133 but then one stick broke and I played on 1 stick then my games (overwatch) wouldn`t load that fast and the heros didn`t load until the game started so I fixed the ram (new ones) and its still the same no diffrent so I think my ram is still only going on 1076 Mhz how do i fix this I want BIOS or normal fixes. And how do I check if im running at 2133?

Clear CMOS.

Boot into BIOS. The main page usually shows what frequency the memory is running at. If not (because of differences in how some BIOS's work) then browse in BIOS to find DRAM Frequency.

Alternatively, download and install CPU-Z and run it. Then select the "Memory" tab. CPU-Z will show the frequency of the memory clock going to the memory. But since the memory is DDR, the actual memory operating "frequency" will be twice the clock frequency.

Have you made sure to install the ram in the correct dimm slots corresponding to the same channel (ie. same color usually indicates same channel)?

Also, I find it hard to believe that ram speed is causing you to experience longer load times in games. Though, the speed of your ram might generate maybe a 0-30fps difference in your case. This is usually more of a problem of access times for the storage drive, where the game has been installed. If you install the game on an SSD, it should load much faster.
