With a Ryzen 5 2600 the Maximum RAM speed supported is 3466 and it may not even run at 3466.
And your MB lists 3466 as the Max supported RAM speed:

The performance difference between 3000 and 3200 or 3466 is going to be Very slight and most likely only noticeable in memory benchmarks.
Why do you want/need more RAM ?
Unless you use software that will actually use more than 16GB RAM (VMs, 3D modeling, etc.) there is no reason to add any more.
I have 16 GB of RAM and even when encoding Video I have never seen my RAM usage go above 8 GB.
