Ram speed please help?

Can someone please help me and tell me what is the ram speed on this laptop?

Since it says it is Single Channel, that would just be the DRAM, which is 665,3 Mhz.

If you had dual channel you'd multiply this amount by 2, making it roughly 1330 Mhz

It's running at 1333, dual channel has nothing to do with the actual data rate it runs at, The DRAM is at a freq of 665, and this is DDR (DOUBLE data rate) so take true freq (665) x 2 = effective data rate (1330 or rounded to 1333). Dual channel is where the Memory takes the channels (each holding a stick of DRAM which is a 64 bit device) and 'sees' them as a single 128bit device. Can find more FAQs on DRAM here:

Hi you could help me i would really appreciate it.
I bought 4gb ram (1x) and noo when i start my laptop it says auto repairing but it never finishes please help.

no its the only ram.it is 1333mhz as the prevouis one.laptop is hp (mb:hewlett packard 22cd).
