Hello. I recently updated windows 10 to 1903 from 1803 update, and now my ram speeds show as halved in task manager.
It should be running at 2933 speed but its showing as 1467 in task manager.
I figured okay task manager was just showing the base speed because DDR is double data rate, so just a weird calculating thing, but programs like CPU-z and HWmonitor show it at that speed as well..
they all use to show the actual speed, so i'm not sure if there's a problem or if it's just displaying wrong.
Is there anyway to tell?
Is there anyway to change the display back to normal?
