Ram speed too slow

AMD phenom 9950 BE 2.6stock
4GB kingston (2x2GB) 1066mhz DDR2-PC2-8500

i have my cpu overclocked to 2.9ghz with bus 230mhz and multiplyer 12.5

in everest it says my ram is:
DIMM1: Kingston 2G-UDIMM 2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-18 @ 400 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-9 @ 200 MHz)
DIMM2: Kingston 2G-UDIMM 2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-18 @ 400 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-9 @ 200 MHz)

but my ram is DDR2-1066 not DDR2-800

how can i set my ram to be what its supposed to run at?
i read somewher i need to change my cpu bus speed in bios back to 200mhz?
how can i get my max ram speed and still have my cpu overclocked?

Times your DRam Frequency by 2, your ram is currently running at 920mhz 5-5-5-18-2T

You will generally find performance improvements by running your Ram at a 1:1 ratio with your Bus speed.

If you set your ram to match your current bus speed of 230mhz your ram will only be running at 460mhz!

Try this :
Try changing your Cpu to this: 400x7.5 = 3.0Ghz
Set your Ram to 400mhz in your bios.

Trust me it will love it.
