Ram speed very low on amd system

I have 2 PC
1st has
i3 3210 w/ h71 motherboard and 4GB @1333mhz ram 9-9-9-24
On nova bench it gives 6200MBps I/O speed
2nd has
Fx8320 w/ m5 a97 R2.0 motherboard and 4GB corsair vengeance @1600Mhz 9-9-9-24
On nova bench it scores maximum 5000MBps I/O speed

Any specific reason on why it is so low even at 1600MHz 9-9-9-24

If you have 2X2gb set of the 1333 and a single 4gb stick of the 1600 then those numbers would be about right.
Dual channel boards get the best performance wiyh 2 sticks.

No both are single sticks of 4GB....
