The specs in the msi's site say "support for ddr4-3200+ (OC) memory. Does it mean that if I have a 2400 MHz memory, it will overclock it to 3200? If not, am I forced to buy a 3200 (or more) mHz memory?

Hi mate, i have Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 (2x8GB sticks) and in order to run my Ryzen 7 1700X with the ram @ 3200mhz i had to open the memory overclock in BIOS settings, Set the RAM SPEED to 3200 MHZ, then check in your bios the settings you need to run the ram @ 3200mhz, it comes under MEM SPD or something. Whatever those timings are copy them exactly and if yours says "16-18-18-36" then make sure you put that in. You might find youre RAM settings has 5 option (like this: "16-18-18-18-36" but only fill out 4 of them leaving the odd one out set to AUTO. That works for me! Also make sure the Voltage is set to 3.50v.

After doing that my PC now runs the RAM @ 3200mhz perfectly stable and ive had 20FPS frame rate increase and much more responsive system all together.

I hope you meant 1.35 v because 3.5 v would do some damage.
