[SOLVED] Ram Speed

My 3200mhz Corsair RGB pro is running at 2133mhz and I have been in the bios and manually set to 3200 aswell as having "D.O.C.P" which I'm not sure what it is, someone said it's my MOBOs version of XMP

I can't find XMP anywhere in my bios, I have an ASUS ROG strix x470f gaming MOBO

Can someone help me as I sunk in a fair bit of money into these new sticks and I can't get them upto 3200mhz

My CPU is a ryzen 5 2600x
