Question RAM Speed

Hello, recently I've bought 2 new ram sticks with intention to have more + faster ram on my new system.
The ram that I bought is advertised as 3600 mhz and I am well aware that it comes in (stock) speed in my case it's 2133 mhz.
Problem is I don't seem to be able to boost it up to its full potential, I have tried to increase it manually and using the D.O.C.P mode but the speed does not change.

My specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
Asus Rog Strix B450-F Gaming
Sapphire Radeon RX 5700XT (Yes, I defeated the blue screen errors)
2x8GB G.SKILL Trident Z Neo DDR4 3600 Mhz
Gigabyte 750W

Is there something I am missing to understand about the whole process? not a tech guy alert

Search in your Bios for XMP PROFILE.

It will automaticly pick the highest clock speed and adjust everything for you.

I have tried and it shows that it wants to boost the speed to 3600 mhz but after applying changes and restarting the system it does not change the ram speed, which is the only value that does not change while applying profiles.
