CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 3.7 GHz 12-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S chromax.black 82.51 CFM CPU Cooler

MB: MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM4 Motherboard

Storage: Two SN750’s a 1tb and a 500gb

Case:
Phanteks Eclipse P500A D-RGB ATX Mid Tower Case

GPU: RTX 3080

Memory: 32gb 3600,3800,4000mhz CL 16 or 18

Power Supply: Revolt X 1200w Platinum

Above is my current build everything is purchased with the exception of the CPU and GPU for obvious reasons lol. I am trying to decided between RAM speeds and wanted some opinions on what to grab. I am for sure throwing in 32gb of RAM, but would listen to opinions on going 64gb, but I would not do more than 64gb.

I am looking at either 3600, 3800, or 4000 with a CL of 16 or 18, in your opinion what speed would you go with?

I have read and researched with many saying if you are going with the 5900 or 5950x you should get at least 4000mhz, but I wanted to see some other opinions on it.

Thanks in advance for the advice!

Solution
3600 should be stable and wont require any tuning from your side because FCLK above 1900 is not stable so the max you should go is 3800 if you dont wanna spend too much time in the BIOS. 4000 will likely not be stable without extreme tuning from what I know.
3600 safe bet will work 99.9%
3800 safe-ish will probably work at rated speeds
4000 probably wont work at rated speeds

Also Lowest CL16 is the way
