Hello. i noticed that on nzxt cam that my ram speeds were at 1200mhz. i tried going into my bios and saw that my memory frequency was 3200mhz but my D.O.C.P timings were different than what was on NZXT cam so i changed them to match, i also noticed my FCLK frequency was only 1600mhz. i changed it to be 2000mhz as advised by a friend. when i saved my changes i noticed my pc wouldnt boot but was still on. all the fans were spinning and RGB was on but my monitor didnt turn on. Whenever i boot i usually hear a beep from inside but this time i didnt hear it. after trouble shooting a while and some breaker switches being flipped i finally got my pc working again but on the same slow 1200mhz. Any help? Thank you

Solution
Doesn’t show. my uncore frequency is 1199.7 and so is dram frequency. i cant send images currently but everything seems normal, any log files or anything else that could be useful?
its running at 1200mhz (2400ddr), go in bios and enable xmp/docp/a-xmp to bump clock back to 1600 (3200ddr)
2000fclk might be too much, every cpu has different max fclk clock at given voltage and tbh it should run at half you ram speed
3200 ram = 1600 fclk

reset cmos with jumper and try again
I remember my fclk being “target 1600” but still doesn’t explain the mhz of 1200 on nzxt cam. I also did reset cmos and thats how i got it working again!

Nzxt cam says the default speed is 1200, is this a misunderstanding or is this still an issue? Thank you either way!

For extra info i have an amd 7 3700x and asus b450 plus motherboard with two 3200mhz 32gig kingston ram.

i couldn't find xmp. all settings where xpm should've been was just D.O.C.P. i turned fclk to 1600 with the same timings as my ram. the timings though said "D.O.C.P 3000mhz" on it. still the same uncore and dram frequency.
Edit: i did have docp enabled in bios.

My settings on bios are as follow

“ai overclovk tuner: docp
Docp: ddr4-3000 15-17-17-36-1.35V
Memory frequency: ddr4-3200mhz
Fclk frequency: 1600mhz
Oc tuner: oc tuner”

Edit: my frequencies just showed up after a restart they’re 1600MHz each.
