I have two Trident-Z RGB RAM sticks and both are lighting up, but only is being detected in windows. I have checked both task manager and the about in windows and only 8gb is being detected, where I have 16gb of RAM with both sticks. Any tips? I have already tried reseating the RAM, but it is still not detected.

Specs: Ryzen 5 3600, GTX 1050, ASRock B450 Steel Legend, Deepcool Castle 360x, 16gb Trident-Z RGB.

Thanks!

Solution
Should work. Do both RAM modules are in correct slots at first place? DIMM slots A2 and B2. If yes, swap modules. If still not detected, upgrade BIOS. If still not detected, clear CMOS. If still not detected, get different RAM modules.
